Welcome to our Tok A Lou Beach House. She is a 1926 craftsman style beauty situated on the shipping lanes of the Port of Tacoma. We have tried to maintain the early flair of the home as much as possible while making it modernly comfortable. The windows and doors reflect the quality and care that went into building this solid attractive home. The door knobs and hardware are the original glass and brass. Our home has 1 bedroom located on the main floor with a queen bed, TV, and walk in closet. The full bathroom is also located on the main floor. An upstairs sleeping attic boasts both a queen and double bed plus two wing back chairs in a sitting area that looks out over Puget Sound and the city of Tacoma. Non stop views from main floor living room with gas log fireplace, a 60 inch TV, Blue Ray player and Bose sound system. The Laundry Room has a full size washer and dryer. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans and many spices. The covered front porch allows a protected area to observe the endless variety of water craft as they parade in and out of marinas and the Port. A direct plumbed Weber BBQ is located on the south side patio along with sitting area. Enjoy the view while grilling up something delicious!
