The house is within 6 minutes short walk to Longbranch Improvement Club Marina with the most beautiful view in the south sound: where you can enjoy peaceful marina views and Mt Rainier in the distance on a clear day. It is open to public foot traffic during the day (please see the posted open hours on the marina gate).

The house is within 10 minutes driving distance to two beautiful state parks (Joemma Beach and Penrose, Washington State Discover Pass required, $30 annually or $10 cash day use fee) with beaches for kayaking or hiking, discovering marine life in the low tide, exploring natural beauty of the northwest. There are miles of beautiful trails to soak up the Great Pacific Northwest nature.
