Come enjoy the lake and the surrounding areas, we are located between Seattle and Tacoma with easy access to Tacoma, Seattle, Mt Rainier, and more!

This home is located on a shared lot. You will have dedicated parking, and a private entrance. The space has its own large deck that is overlooking the shared yard and patio. The shared lakefront patio with table & chairs, chaise lounge chairs, outdoor sectional, fire pit and dock area are all yours to enjoy. No boat or jet ski launching or parking available.
