The home is walking distance to most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 bus route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, and JBLM are also in close proximity, with Mt Rainier < 2 hours away.

You are steps away from 10+ bars and restaurants on 6th avenue. Downtown and the Proctor neighborhood are only minutes away. Some of my favorite local places are Half Pint Pizza, Asado, The Red Hot, and Engine House No. 9. In Proctor the Tacos at Brewers Row and fantastic.
