The property features an upside-down floor plan with over 2,600 square feet of indoor living space and comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Outside, you will find a 15 x 20 foot inground pool and your own private, resort-like entertainment area.
The first floor of the home features a large open foyer and four bedrooms, including one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. There are two first-floor bathrooms, recently updated, both with walk-in tiled showers. A first-floor den offers a wet bar, beverage refrigerator, wine refrigerator, and sliding door to the pool area. The pull-out couch in the den provides additional sleeping space and the room can be closed off for privacy. A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is also located on the first floor.
