This beautiful and warm home is perfect for a group of working professionals, or family and friends trip. You will enjoy quick access of 5-10 minutes drive to nearby shopping centers at the Lakewood Town Center, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Puget Sound Sunset Beach. House is also located less than a 5-minute walk to Pierce Community College and Steilecome Park. You are within a 20-minute drive to Tacoma Mall, and downtown Seattle and Bellevue is only a 30-45 minute drive away.
This is around 5000 square-foot, three-story home. This listing is for the top two floors of home only of approximately 3500 square feet. The basement is a different and separate listing with its own entrance.
You will enter the house on the main floor level. Once entered, you will be enveloped in a huge living/dining area with a 10-person dinning table, and a luxurious sofa set for gatherings. Further in will be a large size island kitchen along with another living/family room which occupies a 75 inches TV and another dinning table.
Few steps upstairs, you will find all the bedrooms and the laundry area. The master bedroom is located on the left, down the long hallway. The master bedroom is large in size of approxmately 1000 square feet with its own bathroom, jacuzzi, and walk-in closet. This room is a dream-come-true if you must work and/or study during your stay, as there is an office desk and chair in the room over looking 180 degrees view of the Northwest Evergreen.
Costs of rental includes 800 mbps high speed internet, and TV streaming services of Netflix, Prime, Hulu, ESPN Plus, and Disney Plus. Residence is in a very secure and quiet neighborhood of similar beatiful homes.
Guests will have full access to all areas of home with the top two floors (kitchen, two dinning rooms, two living rooms with two sets of sofa, and backyard patio).
