My home away from home has been in my family for a very long time. I recently started to slowly restore it to ts original beautiful self in 2019. Hoping you'll appreciate its many original characteristics from the original doors & hardware to the squeaky wood floors added in with modern amenities. It is walking distance to the train, grocery, clothing and antiques stores along with many restaurants. Sit on the porch & say hello to many walkers or chill away in the backyard hot tub w/a movie.
You will be 2 houses from Loyalty park which houses a basketball court that doubles as a pickle ball court, new playground with multiple play structures along with barbecue pits. I'm 3 blocks from the main street that is full of antique, clothing and decor shops along with multiple restaurants as well as 3 blocks from highway 410. There are multiple ski resorts and great hiking mountains within 45 min drive.
I use my home part time and have been using my Arizona home as a short term since 2016. Now that I am away more often, I would like to open up this special 1920's cottage / bungalow home to others. The main floor bedroom doubles as the home gym including an echelon workout mirror. This home is not a fancy resort by any means but you'll appreciate its many original characteristics from the original doors hardware to the squeaky wood floors along with added in with newer amenities. Small RV parking available.

Summary: Vrbo commercials claim how ‘private’ their properties are. The owners son was sent to spy on us. We saw him drive by day and night. I was smoking on the front porch and my daughter had opened the door to say something when her son first drove by. Then she messaged me threatening to kick us out and knew exact details that proved her son was spying on us. There was nothing that said we couldn’t smoke outside. There were pictures of him on the refrigerator, that’s how we knew what he looked like. The fridge was full of old food leftover from the people who stayed in it last, and the hot tub water was very green. Then we had to leave pretty quick to avoid a storm and I had left my favorite sweatshirt and bathing suit behind and when she said she would make sure to give it to family that lives in the area she never followed through and still has my stuff. Where there is certain responsibilities as a guest, she wrote a book on everything we were to clean before leaving 😳 k so we worked hard to clean her house for her then when her Rumba wouldn’t work she was not nice about the pet hair left from our 15 lbs dog. She blamed us and has refused to call my niece to return our items. We were there to bury my father and she made it very uncomfortable and difficult to stay here.
