2 Bedroom House in South End, Tacoma
Room number 1: luxury suite. This room is on the main floor, 150 sq. ft with hardwood floors and a closet, dresser, and desk cleared for your use. The bed is extremely comfortable and queen size. Room number 2: this room has a full sized bed in it that once belonged to Betty Davis, thus its name, the Beddy Davis suite. It has an antique dresser and 2 antique Japanese trunks available for you to put your things in.
There is a full kitchen nearby with all new appliances. There is a den off of the formal living room with a big screen TV and all the apps for your enjoyment. All utilities are included.There is a practically attached full bath to the luxury room and a half bath just up the stairs available for everyone's use. There is a fully fenced yard and a dog door, if your dog will dominate my dog it will work out! A cat would work too but 1 extra pet max allowed total, so if one roommate has a dog I need the other to be pet free. There is a hot tub in a private area with a cover over it so you can enjoy it in all weather. There is ample street parking, Tacoma can be crazy but this little street has good neighbors and feels safe. Willing to rent rooms separately or together. I am flexible so if you have a proposal, hit me! $1500 for room number 1, $1100 for room number 2. $2,600 to basically take over the entire main floor lol. I do live in the house too, I'm a 41 year old female nurse. I keep mostly to the upstairs but and down for community meals! I also have 2 cats FYI.
