Summary: I was worried after reading the reviews but it was honestly great. The staff were absolutely lovely, it was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Only negative was there was a bit of hair in the linens and towels that the cleaning crew could take a bit more care with but other than that I would absolutely stay again
