Nearby Kemah Board Walk, NASA Johnson Space Center, Clear Lake, Galveston Beach, League City, Dickenson, Texas City, Port of Galveston Cruise Terminal, Houston Methodist Hospital Clear Lake, Houston downtown and HOU-William P. Hobby Airport are all within close proximity along with many other attractions, recreations, restaurants, bars, fitness gym/yoga and shopping centers the area has to offer
**THINGS TO DO IN THE BACLIFF AREA
Bay Area Raceway, Dickinson Historic Railroad Center. Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Fishing piers, Boat rides, Jet skiing, Kayaking, water skiing, Bayou Wildlife Zoo, and Horse riding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water and beaches. Bayside Regional Park located behind the home for jogging.
**LAYOUT OF THE SPACIOUS HOME -- One Queen-sized bedroom is located on the first floor across from the 1/2 bath and main living room. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a family room. two queen-size bedrooms and a king-size in the Master bedroom. All the upstairs rooms have easy access to the 2nd floor bathroom. Persons sleeping on the first floor will need to climb stairs to access the shower/bath. The Master bathroom has double vanity sinks, walk in closet and a toilet room. The kitchen has all the appliances and essentials. Main dining room. Outside patio with firepit and BBQ grill. Cable TV with a selection of Free movies and 1000mps Wi-fi included.
Guest access
The whole house is yours! I live off-site, but I am always available for emergencies and always respond to texts and calls in a timely manner! We have a keypad on our door, so guests can check in at their convenience! with the exception the car garage and a few closets that I use for storage. I also ask that you do not use the fireplace.
