Our apartment can accommodate 2 adults & 1 small child (fold up full size sleeper mattress that fits on living room floor) This guest apartment is located in the lower walk out level of our home but is very private. The benefit you have with staying in our guest apartment is us as we are here to help you in anyway & want our guest to have the BEST possible stay as we so value your business. We provide ALOT in our guest apartment, it has everything you can possible need to live comfortably & is close to all area attractions. We're 2 MILES AWAY TO A 24 HOUR LAUNDROMAT, which is MIDLAND COIN LAUNDRY & it provides drop off laundry services. We're conveniently located 1 mile North of the beautiful town of Woodland Park, Co in a quiet beautiful subdivision. Great WIFI & utilities included. Enjoy our walking/ biking trail that takes you to the town of Woodland Park, Shining Mtn. Golf Course or Manitou Lake. We are less than a 30 minute drive to Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff dwellings, Cripple Creek, Co & all area Hospitals etc. We are 15 minutes away to hundreds of miles of ATV/4x4 riding trails. Whether you are here on vacation or need a temporary place to live, our place is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
