1. The patio closes down at 10 pm
2. Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am & they are strictly enforced
3. No parties. All guests staying beyond 10 pm must be listed on the reservation.
4. Parking is limited to the driveway.
5. No smoking indoors or on the outdoor patio. ($500 cleaning fine for violation).
There are no indoor cameras of any kind in the house. Ring brand cameras are located at all entrances to the property for the safety of the property & guests. They are motion-activated & record continuously. Additionally, there are sound monitoring devices in the kitchen & on the patio. They are to help us protect the noise level in the neighborhood & enforce the patio quiet hours. They do not record or transmit actual sounds but just identify elevated decibel levels.

*We do ask that you close the patio down at 10 pm, turn off the patio lights, & bring the hangouts indoors*
-Fully equipped kitchen in an open concept with plenty of sitting space.
-Living room with a luxuriously plush sectional around a 75" QLED TV.
-1 King bed in the master Br with master bath
-2 Queen beds each in their own rooms
Sleeps 6 comfortably, air mattresses are provided for kiddos.
The day prior to check-out you will receive the following check-out instructions via email:
Prior to leaving please:
1. Place any remaining dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
2. Place all trash in a trash can (there is a large one in the kitchen & small waist baskets in each bedroom).
3. Deflate any used air mattresses, but you can leave them & the linens on the floor where you used them.
4. Leave the beds you used unmade.
5. Please make sure the door to the garage, the door to the patio, & the front door are locked. You can lock the front door by pressing the padlock button on the keypad. The door to the garage & the door to the back patio will need to be locked with the thumb turn from the inside before exiting through the front.
