Welcome to Ski Haven - A beautiful modern town home located 3 miles from the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon and minutes from Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton Ski resorts. Located on the end next to Bair Park within the Oaks at Wasatch community. This unit is the best location in the community next door to Golden Hills / Bair Park. The side yard connects to a large grassy field in the park for kids to play. Enjoy access to the amenities offered at Golden Hills Park next door that include a tennis court, pavilion with picnic tables, outdoor bathrooms, parking lot, paved winding paths, and a gorgeous mountain view of Big and Little Cottonwood.
