About the Space
This house is a top/bottom unit. You will be staying in the upper unit, completely separate from the bottom unit, with its own entrance. The lower-level basement constitutes a distinct, entirely separate unit, complete with an independent side entrance. A petite front yard exclusively belongs to the upper unit, while the highlight is undoubtedly the balcony deck accessible through French doors in the kitchen, a favorite feature that offers a breathtaking 180-degree vista of the city skyline and majestic mountain ranges.
The primary floor boasts a stunning living area adorned with designer light fixtures, a dining space seamlessly connected to the kitchen, and lofty vaulted ceilings that create a sense of spaciousness. Abundant natural light bathes the interiors from dawn till dusk, rendering the residence exceptionally luminous.
