Location is great! the house is a 10 minute walk from Yakima Valley Community College and Franklin park. 5 minute walk to supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. This house stays cool in summer months. Large garden, shade trees on the south and west face, front porch, patio, oak hard wood floors, basement. Upright piano in living room. Room to park 3 cars off the street. All utilities are included in the price except internet. Bicycle friendly neighborhood.
