2 Bedroom Bed & Breakfast in Egypt Lane Historic District, East Hampton
Prestigious Village location South of the highway close to everything. No car needed... Quarter mile to Jitney bus stop... Main Street shopping and dining minutes away. Heated gunite saltwater pool is set in beautifully landscaped garden- open May to October . Small refrigerator provided in accommodation.
This accommodation is for 2 persons but can accommodate up to 3 persons - there will be an upcharge of $100/night per person beyond 2. The space is accessed by an external staircase which leads down to a private sunken patio -which features an outdoor niche shower and sofa- through Marvin french doors. The accommodation is light and airy with white epoxy floors and features a double bed in the L-shape alcove with looks out to a large 8' x 8' window well. The second queen bed is located in a separate small loft room off the Main space. The deco-inspired bathroom has Porcelanosa tiles and Fantini fixtures with a shower. The space has high ceilings with ceiling fan, individual thermostat for AC, radiant heated floors, Samsung 65" smart TV with cable and Roku, and free high speed WIFI through out the property inside and outdoors.
There is parking for up to 2 cars within the gated driveway for this rental.
Pool house is to be accessed exclusively during the day from 6am to 6pm for the purpose of heating prepared bought foods only. It has a wet bar with full refrigerator, sink, microwave and toaster( no cooking is allowed) Please use the table in covered patio or west patio for eating. (In summer)
Breakfast - Pool house also has Nespresso w pods, electric teakettle w teas, creamers.muffins and/or croissants, and yogurt are offered upon request.
NO pets, no children under 18 years old, no. smoking, no outside non paying guests allowed on property
