You are renting 1 week in a villa at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort (a five star resort) in Gatlinburg, Tennessee for the week of 06/28/2026-07/05/2026. THESE ARE THE ONLY DATES IT IS AVAILABLE- MINIMUM 7 NIGHT STAY. This is a “Q Standard” (Rate Code 13) one bedroom suite and is approx. 550 square feet with elevator access. It has WIFI, cable TV, DVD player, air conditioning and telephone. The living room has a fireplace, big screen TV, and a couch that turns into a queen sized bed. In the dining area there is a three person dining table. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, silverware, cooking utensils, toaster, full size fridge w/ice maker, 2 eye burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher and cabinets. A washer and dryer in a utility closet are with-in the room as well as ironing board and iron. In the bedroom there is a king sized bed, flat screen TV and a safe in the closet. In the bath there is a large, single bowl vanity, a hair dryer, a large walk-in shower and of course a toilet. Towels and linens are provided.
The resort is located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and is within minutes of either one. There is a trolley that comes regularly to the resort that can be taken to either town and saves driving. The resort is within minutes of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dolly wood and countless other entertainment venues. On the property there is the 60,000 sq. ft. Wild Bear Falls indoor heated water park, Smokehouse grill restaurant, Starbucks, Mason Jar bar and lounge, Smokey Mountain ice cream shop, Serenity Spa, the Roaring Fork snack bar, liquor and wine store and a 24 hr. marketplace. Also present are zip line, miniature golf, outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, fitness center, play ground, arcade game room, video rental box, concierge service, attractions ticket desk, 24 hour front desk and security, conference room, catering service, on site trolley for property commutes and Westgate daily activities program for adults and kids. Amenities are free. Tickets included ($20 value/person/day) for up to 4 persons in the room reservation for the water park. Amenities are as pictured, room floor plans may differ from what is being offered.
Pet Policy: A $150 pet non- refundable deposit is required at check-in. Dogs are the only pets allowed with some "aggressive" breeds banned. Verify at Westgate terms and conditions for these. One dog weighing not more than 60 pounds or 2 dogs not exceeding 60 pounds combined weight. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees. Service animals must wear a vest and have a verification certificate. Pet fees are collected by Westgate. All dog owners regardless of pet or service can be liable for damage charges.

The reservation is currently in my name. I will be in contact with you prior to your arrival with access instructions. I will be requesting your name, address, phone number and email address to place the reservation in your name. All confirmation info will be emailed to you when the reservation is transferred. The agreed price is the total cost for the MINIMUM 7 NIGHT STAY for 'Q Standard” suite (Rate Code 13). It does include all taxes and fees, WIFI, free use of all amenities and water park tickets (a $20.00/person/day value for up to 4 persons in the room). Additional costs would be your personal expenditures at the Resort.
A valid photo id such as a driver's license or passport is required at check-in. Your major credit card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit for any incidental charges. If there are none it will be refunded.
Payment terms: I require my guests to make payment to VRBO. 100% refund 30 days before check-in. 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. Otherwise no refund! Guests must cancel by 11:59 EST on the cut off day before check-in to receive a refund.
