The Owner:
I am an civil engineer and I have a German Shepard Dog. I live walking distance to the property. You won’t see me unless you need me for something. I work during the day and after work I am usually at the park with my good boy, Oakley. If you do need something, I will gladly be of service.
The Location:
The Eucalyptus House in North Meridian is located near many shopping venues such as Costco, Walmart, Fred Meyers, Winco, Wendy’s, McDonalds, The Homestead Restaurant, Dutch Brothers, Starbucks and Burger King.
Less than 30 minutes to downtown Boise . 20 minutes to The Village. Settlers park is 10 minutes away.
The bedrooms, all new mattresses 2024:
Master suite has a comfortable king bed with serene views of the backyard. Plenty of storage space in the dressers and in the walk-in closet. This bedroom offers its own in suite master bathroom.
The second room offers a queen bed with an adjustable base, making it a breeze to reach your perfect sleep position.
In the third room, enjoy a twin bed and a large height adjustable desk with comfortable desk chair. You can work from home and take a nap when you need a break.
The Backyard:
The backyard offers a dining table under a large, covered patio, which is insulated to keep you cool on a summer day. Enjoy a very private setting with no back neighbors and nice landscaping to aid in achieving relaxation.
The Resort Style Amenities:
Amenities include a large community pool, pickle ball courts, tot lot, basketball courts and even a fishing pond! No fishing license needed. Pickleball equipment and a basketball is provided for use and is located in the garage. There are many meandering walking trails that flow through the beautifully landscaped grounds.
The Parking:
Parking is available in the garage and in the driveway. Street parking is also available.
The Kitchen:
Available to you will be quality nonstick pots and pans and cooking utensils. There are dishes, cups, mugs and silverware in the cabinets/drawers. Waffle maker and small blender in the pantry. Wood cutting board for fruits and veggies and plastic cutting board for meats. Kitchen Aid knife block set and Keurig machine are on top of the kitchen counter. You will also have access to kitchen essentials such as can opener, potato peeler and lemon squeezer.
The Whirlpool refrigerator generates delicious filtrated water and ice.
In the pantry you will find some board games like clue, guess who, codenames, secret Hitler, chess, checkers and a poker set to entertain the family.

The House Rules:
This is not a party venue so please stick to the number of guests that are listed in the reservation.
Cameras located at front door and garage entry are recording and guest numbers will be counted.
Smoking/Substance Policy: Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or right outside the premises. Immediate eviction may result.
There is a noise monitor in the home. Please abide to the quiet times which start 10 :00pm until 8:00 am to ensure neighbors do not complaint.
Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am
If key fob to pool, TV remote or garage door opener is lost by guest, there will be a 50 dollar charge per item that needs replacement.
The Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 pets and charge a pet fee of $30 per day for each pet. This will have to be paid directly because there is not an option for a daily pet fee here.
Only cats and dogs allowed. The cleaning fee will increase by $100 dollars if there are pets coming to stay with you. This amount is listed as a pet fee in the breakdown but it will be used for extra cleaning of dog hair and the such.
Additionally, there is a daily rate of $30 per pet as mentioned above. Service dogs are free and always welcomed of course. Failure to disclose pet is not cool. This can result in immediate eviction. Don't do it.
Good news is that we will make sure dogs enjoy there stay at The Oaks North House also!
We have a comfy dog bed that will be placed near the kitchen and a medium crate for your fur baby. These will be made available for your loving companion.
Please pick up after your pet. If waste is left behind in the yard I will have to hire someone to clean up and what ever the clean up charge is will need to be paid by guest.
Also, please enjoy the dog shower located in the garage. Shampoo, dog bath towel and wash cloth included!
Please don't use the restroom towels on your pooch. I have beach towels for dog guests in the garage.
Also the spray nozzle in the dog shower will surprise you as it shoots out with lots of pressure so please point down when turning on and adjusting the spray settings and pressure
Please cover the couches with a sheet or blanket if you are hoping to cuddle with your pet on the couch to protect the leather from your pets’ claws. Thanks a bunch, in advance. I appreciate it!
