We are an easy 15 minute drive to the Atlanta Airport! 10 min to downtown.

Carriage House:
1 Queen bed
1 full bath with walk in shower
1 Kitchenette with refrigerator, cookware, and an individual cooktop. Put the pan on the stove, turn on the stove, and it will heat up.
Curtains for a good night's rest (some are black out).

The carriage house is handicap accessible with a barrier free entrance and a 4 inch step into the shower.

There is free private parking for 1 car behind the gate in the carport. We may have guests in the main house so be mindful of only parking in your designated spot. Do not block the shared driveway at anytime because you will block the neighbor in. Street parking is free as well.

A curtain has been added to the front door. There is no curtain on the back door.

You will have exclusive access to the Tiny House and carport parking.

Keep in mind that the front house is separate and will be hosting other guests.

Message us anytime in the app! Multiple hosts monitor the messaging. We need at least 36 hour notice for early checkin and late checkout requests due to our cleaning schedule.

Sylvan Hills is really a lovely area. It is one of those places where are you are 10 minutes from everything because you are so central to the city. Downtown, Midtown, the airport- all just a short drive! Most of the homes have been renovated and it is a family place. You may enjoy going for a walk on the Westside BeltLine! You might take a walk to Perkerson Park too!

We recommend having your own vehicle or being familiar with Uber. You can get a ride from Uber in about 5 minutes. We are quite close to the airport, only 13 minutes.

Please note: the home has been treated by a specialty pest control company regularly since receiving feedback re:bugs in June - and we’ve had no sightings or issues reported since.

This home is strictly ----No Smoking---- and if there is evidence of smoking in the house upon check out you will incur a $200 extra cleaning fee. We do not want any smoking of any kind in the home. If a non-smoking house will pose an inconvenience, please do not book this home. We offer parking, but please always park so that the main house residents can come and go with ease.

We offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee. We ask that you arrange these services shortly after booking as we arrange our cleaning services based on your arrival and departure times.

When you book, we will require some information from you in the message thread. Please read on to be prepared.

This is not a place for a party. We are set-up for residential use. Fines from the city related to noise or the number of guests will be passed along to you.

• Violations of the No Smoking rule will result in the immediate removal without refund. $200 ozone cleaning fee, lost revenue for cancelled future stays and full replacement of affected linens and furniture.

• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided.

• An unplanned late check-out will be $50 per hour.

• The person booking must be 23+ years old and must be present the entire stay.

• Please check that you entered your guest count when submitting an inquiry or reservation.

• We require that the person booking is the person who will be arriving first for check-in.

• Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home during your stay unless you have opted for the party add-on.

• Stained or ripped sheets, stained towels, and missing items will be charged to you after your stay at replacement cost.

• Stays of 28 days or longer will require one mid-stay cleaning for $100. It is for the kitchen, living room, hallways, and hall bathroom. We skip the bedrooms for privacy for the mid-stay cleaning.
