Our oceanfront home is located in West Newport on 40th St just a few blocks away from West Newport Park. This home has NO boardwalk in front and is located as close to the ocean as you can get, Perfect for the family looking to enjoy a quiet vacation.

HOME LOCATION
For those of you looking to enjoy a Beachfront Vacation, you have found the right place. Located on 40th St, directly on the sand with volleyball courts right out front and the beach boardwalk entrance just a few blocks away, you are never far from all the action Newport Beach has to provide. From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-Board lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
