The space
Welcome to 'Afterdune Breeze!'
It's just a short walk to two beach access points and the untouched beaches of Topsail State Park, with over 3 miles of shoreline and beautiful coastal dune lakes!
Enjoy outdoor living with large balconies, a gorgeous pool with built-in in-water barstools, high-top poolside chairs, and both an outdoor summer kitchen and a first-floor kitchen with a great view of the back deck! Inside, the first floor also features a laundry room, half bathroom, and two King bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms!
Moving up to the second floor, the main kitchen is extremely spacious, with high-end appliances including 2 dishwashers and 8 burners on the stove, ample counter space, and an extra room with even more cabinet space behind the stone accent wall! Adjacent to the kitchen, the main living room is bright and inviting, offering plenty of seating, a cozy indoor fireplace, and a wet bar with an ice maker right next to it! From the living or dining room use one of the large sliding glass doors to access the partially covered balcony, featuring a nice outdoor dining table and ample comfortable seating!
Also on the second floor is the theater room with a Full-sized murphy bed- an ideal space for movie nights with plush seating and a big-screen experience, a half bathroom, and the first Master bedroom featuring a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower with dual showerheads, and a separate soaking tub.
On the third floor, you'll find a cozy secondary living room, second laundry room, and three additional bedrooms! Two of these three are Master bedrooms with King beds, en-suite bathrooms, and access to the third floor balcony! The last bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of built-in Full-over-Full bunks, and an en-suite bathroom as well. The third floor balcony features Gulf views, two separate sitting areas, as well as the spiral staircase that leads you to the rooftop terrace!
The rooftop terrace offers the most stunning Gulf views! This expansive outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and watching the stunning sunrises/sunsets over the treetops. The views here are truly unmatched, making it an extraordinary place to unwind!

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the start of Timpoochee Trail to the West or the town of Blue Mountain to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
