Black Lake, one of the larger lakes in Olympia, is about a ten minute drive with public access, dock, boat launch, trails, swimming, water slide and park.
The 101 Highway is about 10 minutes away which takes you out to the ocean beaches of Ocean Shores and Westport. And if you love the city life, downtown Olympia offers many options for a variety of cuisines including waterfront views of Puget Sound.
Capitol Lake, a favorite walking hot spots, offers stunning views of Mount Rainier as well as the historic Capitol building. Capitol Forest is nearly 100,000 acres of dirt trails, forest roads, Mima Mounds and various waterfalls.
