Hot days and cool nights in Sonoma County make this outdoor space inviting all year long. The heated pool runs to 8ft deep and is a great way to cool off while the hot tub with its surrounding roses makes a cozy and romantic place to relax in the early evenings.
** Temperature of the pool is set at 82 degrees when heated. It is gas heated and cost to heat the pool is charged at a flat rate of $25/day April-Oct. Pool is not heated Nov-March (except Spring Break w a cost).
Hot tub is great for kids (reduced temperature) or adults especially in the evenings.
There is also a grill, large table with fire pit and outdoor heating to keep you entertaining with friends or family all day long.
Inside, you'll find that there's plenty of space to stretch out and mingle during your vacation to Sonoma County. The main floor of the home features a family room, dining room, half bathroom, large open kitchen, pantry and a den area with a wet bar, television, books and sliding glass doors leading out to the patio and the pool. Upstairs are four bedrooms and an additional two bathrooms - one in the hallway with a full tub and another with standing shower in the master bedroom. You'll find that the master bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin size beds.
