Beautiful hot tub on upper deck with views of the river and mountains. There is a 3 car garage and high speed internet. It is close to everything you’ll want and need: The Centennial Bike trail out our front door, 2 miles to downtown Coeur d’Alene, Riverstone shopping area, beaches, three ski resorts and so much more. This 4200 sq.ft. home is contemporary and warm. The master bedroom/bath is downstairs with three additional bedrooms upstairs. The spa is located on the upstairs deck with beautiful views of the river. The home is beautiful and comfortable year round and accommodates both summer and winter visitors.
The kitchen is well appointed with state of the art appliances and also has a small desk/workspace for your convenience. The kitchen looks out over the great room and through four large glass doors onto the river. The dining room has a handcrafted wooden dining table which seats 8. The living room has a gas lit fireplace, big screen TV, plenty of seating and a built in bar cabinet. There is also a small seating area near the river view windows.
The master suite is downstairs with a beautiful river view, and spacious master bath.
The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. The riverfront bedroom has a magnificent view of mountains, lake and river. This room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the second bedroom which is beautifully decorated and private. The third bedroom stands alone and has wonderfully high ceilings and a peekaboo river view. This room also has a work space/desk.
Upstairs there are also TWO LARGE BONUS ROOMS AND A HOT TUB! The north bonus room has a ping pong table, workout equipment and a big screen TV. The other has a large sectional couch, big screen TV and poker table. The SPA/hot tub is located on the upper deck of the riverfront bonus room. The deck is beautiful with a small seating area and stunning river and sunset views from the hot tub.
The main deck downstairs has beautiful 180° views of the river, mountains, Lake Coeur d’Alene, Tubbs Hill and much more. It has couch seating, chaise lounges and a gas barbecue.
You also look down to the private dock area that is yours to use for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing & relaxing. PLEASE NOTE: THE DOCK IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MOORING OR BOAT USE.
