You'll be located one mile from Flat Creek Winery, an award-winning Texas winery that features bistro dining, wine tasting, and beautiful hill country views. There is a public boat ramp four miles down the road, and the nearest grocery store is in Lago Vista, just 11 miles away. This home is on a bird migration path, and you can see various beautiful birds come through. You're also just a short drive from Austin, the state capital of Texas and the Live Music Capital of the World.
You will have many amenities, such as an open-concept living area, a newly renovated (spring 2023) full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table with seating for everyone, and plenty of room for the whole group.
