The South pool (closet to this unit) at Ocean Place is open and will continue to be open thoughout the construction process. The North pool will be temporarily tarped/closed in early April 2026, but will be re-open for the summer season (on or before the middle of May).

The open floor plan boasts a completely remodeled luxury kitchen equipped with high end appliances, extravagant granite, fully stocked custom craftsman shaker style cabinets, a wine cooler, and every kitchen essential necessary for the designated chef!
Adjacent to the kitchen is a gorgeous handmade wooden dining table with six sturdy chairs accented on one side by an abstract of an elegant shoreline. A spectacular bamboo framed mirror set atop of a lovely credenza and balanced ever so perfectly with two lamps sits on the other side of the table guiding your way to the living space.
Breathtaking views of the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean can be seen immediately from the upscale main living area creating the perfect spot to relax and enjoy. The deep set luxury L-shaped couch is wrapped around a well decorated coffee table atop a seagrass rug and all centered around a 65 inch LED Smart TV. There is also an additional cushioned wicker chair perfectly placed for reading with the beautiful sunrise easily visible.
A large glass slider furnished with custom drapes leads you out onto a private balcony that hosts a two chair high top table and a cushioned chaise for ultimate relaxation!
Just off of the great room lies the stunning master bedroom with the same picturesque views. Plush bedding fixed on an upholstered king headboard, 2 handsome chests, a dresser, and custom curtains fill this lovely space. The dazzling master bathroom offers a lavishly tiled walk in shower, double sinks, and a garden tub.
Across the living space sits the 2nd bedroom attractively decorated with an upholstered king bed, a flat screen Smart TV atop a gray washed wood dresser, and custom window panels. The 2nd bathroom features another elegantly tiled walk in shower. These two rooms along with the laundry area can be conveniently closed off to create a suite like feel.
Ocean Place has two beachfront community pools for guest use, but one of its best amenities is its proximity to the Ritz Carlton. No refunds will be given for a cancellation made within 30 days of the arrival date or within 60 days of the arrival date for monthly rentals. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If Travel Insurance has been purchased a claim can be filed with the company to refund all monies paid minus the cost of insurance, if covered by their policy.
