Welcome to the House Of The Rising Sun! This stylish updated beach house features beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean and the most gorgeous sunsets off the bay! You’ll love to gather on the front two decks and relax with your morning coffee or toast to a wonderful beach day at Sunset! It comfortably sleeps 15! It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master bedroom includes a queen comfort bed and TV, private bath and deck, The Ahoy room includes a double bed, TV and bay view! Our Crews Quarters includes 2 sets of single bunks with a fun built in step for drawers. The Back Bay Bunker room offers two full size bunk beds plus a pull out trundle and bay views! The large leather sectional in the VAULTED great room includes a pull out double bed and a recliner! Your family and friends can gather around the center island for fun and meal prep in the fabulous brand new white kitchen that’s accented with ship lap wood for a casual beach vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new stainless appliances, plates, glasses, seafood boil pot, blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee machine and a Nespresso machine! The great room is streaming with so much nature light and fabulous views! It’s vaulted and includes a new 64 inch flat screen TV.
The beach is guarded and never over crowed. You can surf, kayak and paddle board and beach tags are included! The promenade and shuttle service is just 1 block away. Plenty of outdoor seating is available on both decks, there is also a grill and outdoor shower. BRAND NEW TESLA/electric car CHARGING STATION! The address is 2714 Landis Ave Sea Isle.
We are currently providing OZONE CLEANSING between each rental due to COVID 19, which requires two hours process time. For questions regarding this please feel free to reach out. We also request, as always, you bring your own sheets/linens/towels.
