Summary: Had to wait outside in the very cold until the doorbell was answered after what seemed to be way too long. Staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t too friendly- seemed bothered he had to assist with check in. There were issues with paying, even though there was plenty of funds. I had to withdraw hundreds of dollars at their atm for a fee that they wouldn’t cover, even though it was their system that was malfunctioning. A second staff came to assist, which had much better customer service. The description for rooms was deceiving. I opted for king bed instead king with bunk bed, though the description stated the same for both- my fault for not paying attention. Bed wasn’t easy to access comfortably due to the attached bunk. Room was clean. Parking very limited and cramped- would do well with a small to average sized car. Booked 3 nights and left after two. Checkout was easy.
