CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is from 4:00PM on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure we kindly request that you check out promptly by 11:00AM, allowing our housekeeping team adequate time to prepare the home for our next guests.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, we offer two options:
For a guaranteed early check-in or late check out we charge a non-refundable $300 fee that covers us blocking the day before or after your stay (unfortunately we can’t clean and service the home fast enough on a same day turnaround to accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out). If you require an early check in and late check out, we charge a $600 fee (to block the day before and after your visit).
Otherwise, if the day prior to your stay isn’t booked 48-hours prior to your arrival we will voluntarily block the day, at no cost to you, to accommodate your early arrival.
An early check-in is anytime after 10:00AM on your schedule check-in day. Late checkout is no later than 5:00PM on your scheduled check out day.
If your plans change and you require a late check-out, please provide at least 24-hour notice so we can let our housekeeping team know. We may not be able to accommodate late check-out requests made less than 24-hours prior to check-out. For late check-outs requested less than 24-hours, we always charge a $200 fee to compensate our housekeepers for lost time due to the reschedule.
