4 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Peninsula Village, Westwood
A historic 4 sided A frame with views of Lake Almanor. Located on a private driveway with room for boat trailer parking. Once inside, there is a seperate laundry room, downstairs bedroom and downstairs full bath. Only 1 step to enter making it a good choice for people with mobility challenges. Although not technically ADA. A huge kitchen and dining area can accomodate groups up to 22 people who also rent the Chalets. The house was built around the massive fireplace. 3 bedrooms and bath upstairs.
We are located on Peninsula Dr just outside the lower country club gate.
37.8 miles to Lassen National Park.
28.7 miles to Highlands Ranch Resort for beautiful views and outside dining.

Our HOA includes use of lakefront and lawn.
Whole home is rented except owners closet in hall near the front door.
The main level includes a small 4th bedroom with a full size bed. A large bath with shower and tub. A full size kitchen with gas stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge with icemaker and water dispenser. A large dining area and step down to the great room with plenty of seating and TV.
A wrap-around stairway takes you upstairs to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom with double sinks and shower. Bedroom 1 has a king. Bedroom 2 has a double and a twin. Bedroom 3 has 2 queens.
Very limited options for transit.

Trash is located up the stairs to the left of the carport.
