Perched gracefully on stilts and fully renovated in 2025, the home boasts luxury finishes and wraparound views of the back bays and the open water a nature lover’s paradise where ospreys and coastal wildlife are your daily neighbors.
Outdoor Living with a View
Sip your morning coffee or toast the sunset from not one but two private viewing balconies, one off the dining area, the other from your primary suite. Below the home, a breezy open-air lounge offers multiple seating areas, an outdoor shower, and all the essentials for a beach day: bikes, a beach cart, chairs, and an umbrella.

Inside, serene finishes let the surrounding landscape shine. The open-concept living and kitchen area features a center island with seating for six, quartz countertops, and sleek apartment-sized appliances. In the living room, plush seating faces a 60-inch TV with Samsung TV and streaming apps for cozy evenings in.
The Kitchen
The eat in kitchen has a large center island for 6 (there is not an additional dining table) apartment size stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker and everything you`d need for prepping meals. We provide basic items like ground coffee, tea, sugar, spices and cooking spray. Enjoy the unobstructed views while you cook!
The Bedrooms
Primary Suite: Queen bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, closet & dresser storage, and French doors to your private balcony. (Sleeps 2)

The Outside Space
Our outside living space is located underneath the home providing much needed shade on sunny days or enjoy even during a rainy day. There`s a propane grill, outside shower, beach box, hammock and outside seating. **No fires or fire permits permitted**
The Beach
With the Delaware Bay beach just a short walk away, we provide bikes (bring your own helmets) beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach cart. The beach box is located underneath the home directly under the stairs.
Parking
The driveway allows for side by side parking of 2 mid to small sized vehicles (it’s narrow) off street parking is free but we ask you please be mindful of the neighbors and not block access to their homes, driveways or mailboxes.

- Registered Guests Only: The rental property is exclusively for guests listed in the agreement—**no outside visitors allowed.
- Smoke-Free Home: This is a 100% smoke-free property indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit or $750 charge.
-The Cape May area is full of nature. Our homes are treated monthly for all forms of pests. With that said we do NOT refund for mosquitos, ants or fruit flies which are common to our area in the summer months. Please be sure to keep doors closed and window screens in place. If you spot a bug, notify us immediately and we will have our pest control team out to the property.
In the event a Direct Booking or VRBO reservation is canceled within the applicable cancellation window and a full or partial refund is due, all refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees. These include, but are not limited to:
-Credit card processing fees incurred at the time of booking
Payment processor fees associated with issuing the refund.
These fees are charged by third-party financial institutions and are non-recoverable by the Host, and therefore will be deducted from any refund issued. These fees are typically 5.7%
