A stone's throw from the South and La Centrale beaches, but quiet, with an ocean view terrace and parking space: a small cocoon, ideal for 2 to 4 people, to savor the charm of the Landes coast and (re)discover Hossegor, the century-old seaside resort that lives to the rhythm of ocean elegance.
Presentation of the accommodation:
The apartment, recently renovated, is a duplex of about 35 m2 on the ground.
It consists downstairs of a living room with an open kitchen, small but very functional, a lounge area with a sofa bed for 1 to 2 people and a very bright and sunny loggia converted into a dining area.
The upper floor offers an alcove / mezzanine offering an armchair-bed (reading area and extra bed for 1 person) and a desk to telework or check emails, a bathroom and toilet and a large bedroom with cupboard which opens onto the terrace.
The terrace (about 8 m2) facing west with two beautiful views of the ocean, invites you to sit down for lunch, a long aperitif-sunset or a nap on a deckchair.
