This is a beautiful house that is newly renovated. We do have air conditioning! Off street parking plus you are 2 houses from the new movie theatre, breweries and coffee houses. You can't get any closer to the farmers market! What makes this location special is that it is on a dead end street. You can get to the Railyard district by walking from the house, but cars can't get there from our street -- it is very quiet and removed from all the traffic. Front house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a leather pull out couch sleeper. It has a fully enclosed front yard for your enjoyment and for a dog!
