This expansive property consists of 2 private acres with 300ft of sandy-bottom lake shore and sand beach in a very secluded bay on the beautiful Lake Diane, so your little ones will be able to play safely along the shore and beach since there's no fast boating traffic along the shoreline). There's a Huge deck, with dining tables, on the rear of the home with panoramic views of the lake and the expansive landscaped yard and firepit. Heated Indoor pool w/ gentler salt-water sanitizer. The large covered lakeside Pavilion is just a few steps from the beach, with many outdoor lounge chairs and dining tables. Free use of 4 new Kayaks, canoe and large paddle boat. There's a swimming platform anchored away from shore with an elec. water pump slide. You will be able to enjoy a large Lakeside Pavilion w/dining tables lounge chairs. 2 large propane gas grills, 1 gas flat-top grill, bluetooth speaker. 2 large boat docks for fishing or to launch and park your own boat for free. A Large game room with pool table, ping pong table, skeeball game, foosball table and a large sectional sofa. Luxury 22ft. pontoon boat rental &Jetski rental available. There's a large firepit on the property and an unlimited supply of firewood is included for your enjoyment as well.
ABOUT LAKE DIANE: If you like swimming, fishing, skiing, wake boarding, boating, jet skiing, kayaking, sailing, or just floating--you have chosen the right place, as Lake Diane's allows you all of that plus more. Lake Diane is just over 400 acres, spring fed and varies from zero up to 80ft in depth. It is an ALL-Sports lake from 11am - 7pm and it is No-Wake from 7pm to 11am allowing for quiet fishing, kayak rides, swimming, enjoying the sunrise or sunset views or other peaceful enjoyment of the lake. Our private shallow shoreline and sandy beach expands our entire property and is inviting to play, swim, or go fishing right off the dock. The Expansive Deck and Patio and Pavilion are the perfect spots to unwind or keep an eye on the kids while they play in the water, on the sandy beach, go down the wet slide or just float around near shore. Let the kids enjoy the huge playground and sand volleyball and pickleball courts at the Lake Diane park while you enjoy the sun and lakeshore on the public beach.

Our weekly rate for the house, the entire property and ALL of it's ammenities is only $4900, from Saturday at 4PM until the following Saturday at 10AM. You can enjoy our modern luxury pontoon for your entire week for only $1450, all inclusive. (includes fuel, cleaning, tax and damage insurance). Our discounted pontoon rate is for the entire week, and it's less than a 2-day rental at the local marina.
