Relax in this charming Laguna Beach Cottage with large inviting living room, 3 bedrooms 2 with 2 new queen beds & the smallest bedroom is in the back of the house has twin / full bunk beds & the 1/2 bath is between it & the laundry room. 55" TV's in Living room & 32" in 2 bedrooms WiFi is fast & free.
Nice wood burning Fireplace for a romantic evening at home or after dinner in one of the great restaurants within a couple blocks. 31 day minimum stay.
The bright & sunny den you can use as an office, reading, workout or play room & has another fireplace. Main bathroom has a relaxing whirlpool tub to relax in after a fun day at the beach. The 1/2 bath (off the laundry room) has a toilet & sink. Nice kitchen with newer large double door stainless refrigerator, dish washer, gas Convection oven & marble counters. Laundry room with washer & dryer in the house. Lot's of un-metered street parking. No garage. Most Pets are Welcome
The Cottage has a Front yard & exclusive use of the un-usually quiet & peaceful, fully fenced backyard retreat, which completely separates the house from the 2 studios in back.
In the back yard is a BBQ, Hot tub, lemon, peach & avocado trees. Sorry, no children under 12. Great location, just a very short walk to everything. 1 1/2 blocks to beach, Heisler Park or downtown. 3 blocks to Pavillion's market.
"Old Laguna" at it's best. Furnished, it should have everything you need for a great Laguna experience you won't forget. Long or short term (31 day minimum).
