During the winter the lake freezes over and is home to world class ice fishing for trophy yellow perch and other fish. The snowmobiling around the house is some of the best in the country. There is a snow park 5 minutes from the house or you can ride Out of McCall to warm lake if you can see it you can ride it here. House has 2 bedrooms with nice queen size beds and large closets. The couch in the living room has a Hideaway bed as well. The laundry room is large with washer and dryer and hanging rack for wall the wet clothes. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal or just heat something up. House also has WIFI and a smart tv and Gaming console. Also newly added is a dart board . After a long day in the mountains Gold Fork hot springs resort is just 20 min away great way to end a day in valley county. Drive way can fit up to 4 cars or a truck with a trailer.
